Pratice philosophy

The true way to health is by enhancing the energy of life from all aspects.

Forty years ago, I set out to study medicine and started practicing upon graduation; fifteen years ago, I left my university teaching post and turned my education focus to the general public. This transformation has allowed me to meet even more patients and made friends after friends. What I have found through all the people I have met is the common quest to find a doctor who teaches the correct way to eat and to cure strange cases of illnesses. From there on, request for treatment or illness prevention through diet, living style and spirituality have been increasingly ever after.

I am a firm believer in holistic medicine. It is my mission to further this practice and to help patients throughout the journey to recovery. Furthermore, I am genuinely pleased that more and more people have come to realize that “being treated” and “being healed” is fundamentally different. Furthermore, the symptoms of illness and detox may appear similar but is actually vastly different.

Once people have the courage to face their own illnesses and are determined to recover, it is important that they understand the process should be driven by their motivation, not pure reliance on medications or doctors and nurses. They will come to realize health is a trifactor of “Natural clean diet, positive attitude towards life and abundant caring of life” and that in itself is best health insurance. Through the accumulation of cases after cases of patients make full recovery from illnesses, I am more optimistic than ever of the purpose and the vision of Asanga “The Way of Health”.

What is the best treatment? Prevention. What is the ultimate mission of a doctor? Education - teaching people how to regain health. As the saying goes “We are what we eat”, indeed I have come to realize the essence and profoundness of the dietary revolution. My personal epiphany is that the fundamental principal to good health is achieved by self-awareness, self-treatment and self-recovery. The 20th century is a century of efficiency and technological advancement, however, comparing to the preceding centuries, both people and environment have been immensely ill and – it is almost impossible to meet people who are completely free from illness.

Looking to the future, what is the uttermost importance of life? Wealth, social positions, ambitions etc will only be meaningful if we are healthy and truly realize the essence of health and well-being. Therefore, what will the vision of 21th century be? I think that would be a century of health rebuilding.

With the maturation of the global village, the definition of health is requiring not only a broad approach but also a deep one: the breadth of balancing the biological environment and depth of repair of the body, mind and soul. Only when we have a completely transparent and unclouded recognition of health, then we will have a prospective and a healthier 21th century.
